EVERONA implements, integrates, and manages AI-powered front-desk systems (the "AI Front Desk") for appointment-driven service businesses, including voice, SMS, and chat receptionist functionality, lead qualification, appointment booking, missed-call recovery, follow-up, and CRM integration. Services are delivered under a separate services agreement with each client; this website describes the offering and facilitates scheduling a demo.
Use of the Site
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when booking a demo or contacting us. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the AI Front Desk system.
Demo Bookings
Booking a demo through this site schedules a call with a member of the EVERONA team. Booking a demo does not create a services agreement; any engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement.
No Medical Advice
Where the AI Front Desk is deployed for a med spa, aesthetic clinic, or similar business, it is configured to handle administrative and pre-approved informational matters only. Nothing communicated by the AI Front Desk, or on this website, constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Clinical questions are always escalated to the client business's own staff.
