EVERONA, LLC ("EVERONA," "we," "us") provides AI-implemented front-desk systems for appointment-driven businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and the AI Front Desk service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Contact and booking information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, business name, and any notes you share when you book a demo or contact us.

Call and conversation data: when you interact with the AI Front Desk — as a prospective client testing the system, or as an end customer of a client business — the conversation may be recorded, transcribed, and logged to provide the service, improve accuracy, and maintain a record for the business you contacted.

Website usage data: basic, aggregate information about pages visited and actions taken (such as clicking "Book a Demo"), collected through a first-party mechanism we operate ourselves. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell this data.

How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries and schedule demos.

To operate the AI Front Desk for our clients, including qualifying leads, booking appointments, and following up on missed calls.

To improve the reliability and accuracy of our systems.

To meet legal, security, and contractual obligations.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with: the scheduling and customer-relationship-management platform we use to manage bookings and client records; the voice AI platform that powers call handling and transcription; and service providers who host our infrastructure, under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain booking, contact, and call records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support the client relationship, and meet legal or contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use third-party advertising cookies. We use a minimal first-party mechanism to count page visits and key button clicks (such as "Book a Demo") so we can understand what is working; it does not use persistent tracking cookies or build cross-site profiles.

This website and our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
